Please note snail mail orders are not
available. All orders are processed via PayPal and the designs sent via the
Internet. Please note that they are NOT available as instant downloads. The
designs are sent by email as soon as possible after PayPal has processed your order and I
receive your information. This is usually within 24 to 48 hours if the website
has been updated recently i.e within one month of the date shown on the
homepage. If the website has not been updated recently i.e two to three months
since the update shown on the homepage, please allow up to 72 hours for delivery
via the internet.
My website is usually updated every three
months.
Please take into account the global time difference between Australia and other
countries when waiting on email replies.
Designs that
are available on CD will be sent via the Internet (email), as well as snail mailed. Please
allow at least 14 days for overseas delivery, and at least a week for delivery
within Australia.

Designs on CD will not be refunded or substituted, once the security seals on the CD have been broken. Damaged products may be exchanged for the same design pack.
Please choose carefully, reading all information
about each CD or other designs before purchase. I of the Needle, accepts no responsibility for
shipping designs too large for your sewing field or in the wrong format.
Due to the nature of computerized files, once the designs have been sent via the
internet, the sale is considered final and no exchanges can be made.
Every CD and other designs shown on this website will state clearly, the type of designs and
format that they are in e.g. appliqué /JEF format and hoops required and/or size
of design. The
designs are digitized in JEF and/or ART ver 4.0. Please note that these native
formats are able to be resized and moved within a hoop with little design
alteration as opposed to converted designs, which will have limitations when
resized or moved within a hoop.
If you are buying for someone other than yourself, please check that they do not already have the CD or design.
